Leading Ladiez is designed to effectively communicate to the youth the
importance of taking the lead in their lives by:
- Setting realistic, measurable goals
- “Creating a FOR NOW, NOT FOREVER” attitude
- Having a “Plan B” state of mind

Our Mission
Led by Ms. Christine Lall, Leading Ladiez offers programs within the Broward
County schools, Handy Inc, Academic solutions Rise Academy, SunEd High. and
Department of Juvenile Justice {(DJJ} settings mentoring youth ages 13-26, The
mission of the organization is to bridge the socio-emotional gap between
adolescents and their ability to become self-reliant, confident, and capable young
adults.
